We create your auction portal
Enterprise solutions for auction houses – a system from delivery to shipping. Live-stream auctions, timed & soft close auctions, back office, logistics & AI features.
Auction software
One system – from object delivery to delivery.
Auction houses have special requirements: complex processes, high visitor numbers, time-sensitive bids, international customers, legal frameworks, and a high degree of trust. With bluetronix, you can realize your own auction platform in various stages of development – from the classic presentation site to the enterprise project with its own server infrastructure and cluster operation.
Types of Auctions
Three variants flexibly combinable
Utilize time auctions, soft-close, or live-stream auctions – individually or combined. Items that do not receive a bid can optionally be listed in the post-sale after the auction.
Live auctions
Auction hall & online cleanly connected
With the auction house console, you can additionally broadcast classic in-person auctions online – synchronously and transparently. Employees of your auction house operate the console and transmit bidding steps, awarded bids, and lot changes in real-time. Online bidders can follow the auction via video and place live bids through the website or app without delay, as if they were sitting directly in the hall. In this area, concealed bidding steps can also be implemented, such as through automatic bidding agent bids. Online bidders can see at any time whether they are the current highest bidder, whether the leading bid comes from the hall, or was possibly placed via an external live console, and can raise their bid at any time.
Multi-Cam Stream
Live stream – switch between 3 cameras
For live auctions, we implement a setup where you can switch live between three cameras – e.g., total shot, auctioneer, item detail. The viewer sees video, the current bid, and status simultaneously and can bid live in parallel.
- Live video of the auctioneer + bid overlay
- Switching between 3 camera feeds (e.g., hall / auctioneer / item)
- Real-time bidding via web and app
- Internal consoles: auction and employee console
Auction website
Presentation, catalog, dates – easy to maintain
With bluetronix auction software, you can comprehensively present your auction house: company profile, team, history, collections, and areas of focus. Your items are clearly displayed as a catalog – with professional detail pages for each item. You can also communicate auction dates, post-sales, and timelines clearly. Optionally with a newsletter, news section, internal areas, and multilingual capabilities.
CMS Features for Auction Houses
These features form the foundation for your professional auction appearance: catalog, bidder comfort, automatic media processing, and clean data flows. You can get started directly – and later expand to a complete auction platform and enterprise growth as needed.
Item list with images & live bids
Your item list can be presented as a modern catalog – including preview images, starting prices, current bids, and clear status indicators. During active auctions, bids are dynamically updated, so bidders can always see where they stand – without constant reloading and confusion.
Watchlist & Archive lists for bidders
Bidders can add items to a watchlist, monitor collections, and create their own favorites lists. Additionally, archive lists are available for items already viewed, past auctions, or 'recently viewed'. This keeps users oriented in the portal and helps them quickly find interesting lots again.
Import & Export of items (CSV / TXT)
If your inventory is already in another system, you can cleanly import item and article lists (e.g., CSV or TXT). You can also export data – for internal storage, external service providers, or further processing in other processes. This saves time, prevents typographical errors, and keeps data consistent.
Excel import/export for your storage
Many auction houses work internally with Excel lists – for commissions, catalog data, or interim results. bluetronix supports the exchange via Excel, allowing you to quickly move data between storage, team, and system. Ideal if you have multiple people involved in the process or are consolidating inventories from different sources.
Image uploads as a list & assignment by article number
You can upload many images in one step and then automatically assign them – for example, via article numbers or defined image numbers. This is particularly convenient if you have photo workflows in a team or if image material is already structured. This creates a clean, professional catalog quickly.
Automatic image scaling & AI background removal
When uploading, images are automatically optimized: appropriate sizes, fast loading times, and clean presentation on desktop and smartphone. Additionally, an AI function can optionally be used to isolate objects or neutralize backgrounds. This provides a uniform appearance and saves a lot of time in image editing.
System emails for bidders
The system can automatically inform bidders via email, for example, upon bid submission, being outbid, winning an auction, invoice generation, or important status changes. This makes your portal reliable, keeps bidders engaged – and reduces inquiries since users always know what to expect next.
Push notifications in the app
When using the app, bidders also receive push alerts – for example, when a bid is placed, outbid, winning an auction, or shortly before a lot expires. This significantly increases participation because users do not have to constantly check in but are reminded at exactly the right moment.
VR tour & 360° walkthroughs
Present your auction house or the auction venue as a virtual tour: 360° images can be assembled into a tour and embedded on your website. This builds trust, increases the time spent, and makes the location experiential – especially helpful for international interested parties.
Stable data structure & clean workflows
The functions are database-based and designed so that your inventory can be quickly maintained, published, and later expanded. This ensures that your presence is not only visually appealing but also technically sound – an important point if you wish to add live auctions, back-office functions, and automations later.
Voice input for item entry & AI text conversion
When entering articles and items, you can dictate descriptions directly on your smartphone or tablet using voice input. The system automatically converts the input into text and can subsequently improve the content linguistically using AI.
Online marketing & campaign evaluation
If you run online marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads as well as Facebook/Instagram ads), you can evaluate them cleanly in the system. You can see which campaigns actually bring visitors and bidders, which content works, and where you should optimize your budget – instead of just guessing 'click numbers'.
Statistics for visitors & detailed evaluations
With the integrated statistics, you can see exactly how visitors use your website – and can derive targeted improvements from this. You not only evaluate 'overall', but also receive detailed views to make informed decisions: Which auction is attracting attention? Which item pages are frequently visited? Which countries are active?
SEO & GEO – optimized for search engines and AI searches
All pages and database-based content (e.g. object pages, news, dates, and archive areas) are structured to be optimally discoverable – both for classic search engines (SEO) and modern AI search systems and generative search results (GEO). The system automatically generates important structures to ensure your Object Archive builds long-term reach.
Website chat – speak directly with visitors
Through the integrated chat, interested parties can contact you directly on the website – no detours, no email ping-pong. Ideal for questions about lots, viewings, appointments, shipping, or registration. This enhances service levels, allows for faster responses, and keeps you close to your customers.
AI chat assistant – automatic responses
AI chat assistants that automatically respond to customer inquiries – based on your knowledge base (e.g. processes, fees, shipping rules, viewings, participation requirements). If an inquiry is complex or requires personal clarification, it is seamlessly forwarded to your human support.
AI features & multilingualism
Faster, better texts – greater reach worldwide
Bluetronix can be specifically enhanced with AI features: article texts are linguistically improved, spelling and grammar are automatically corrected. Additionally, the entire auction platform can be offered in up to 24 languages – including catalogs, system texts, and navigation.
