Users
The user system is divided into web users and editors: web users are your customers who register via your website, for example, for the online shop, internal areas, or a community. Editors, on the other hand, are users who actively collaborate in the design and management of the website. For this purpose, bluetronix offers an integrated role and rights system, allowing you to define exactly what your employees can do – such as editing specific pages, managing database entries, or making changes in modules like the online shop.
Web User
Here you manage all registered customers of your website. You can specifically search for users, block user accounts, manually unlock new users, or resend access data if needed.
Editors
Editors are, for example, your employees who actively work on the website. You can assign them different roles and rights so they can specifically edit content, design pages, or use certain functions in the system.
Password
In this section, you can change your own user password at any time. As an administrator, you also have the option to manage and reset the passwords of editors if necessary.
Dark Mode
Each user can individually decide whether they want to use the CMS in dark mode or light mode. This setting is saved per user and only affects their own view.
Language
Each editor can independently select their preferred language. The CMS will then be displayed entirely in the chosen language, allowing each user to work comfortably in their own language.
Files
In the file management section, you can create the structure of your website freely and individually – with folders, pages, and files, according to your needs and in any desired language. You can create new HTML pages, create, rename, copy, or paste folders, and prepare content internally without publishing it immediately. Directories can be password-protected, making them accessible only after registration and with the appropriate access data. Additionally, you can upload files directly from your PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone; images are automatically scaled on the client-side to a defined size, facilitating the quick upload of large image quantities. Furthermore, you can generate new images via AI. In the file manager, you edit pages and HTML code directly in the system and have additional access to PHP, JavaScript, and CSS code in agency mode.
AI Image Generator
With the help of AI, you can generate images for your website according to your own specifications, quickly creating individual, tailored graphics for your content.
Upload Scaling
Images are automatically cropped to the correct size upon upload, depending on the selected option. This allows you to upload large volumes of images quickly and efficiently.
Folder Password Protection
You can password protect folders, so access to these areas of the website is only possible with a corresponding login or, for example, after registration.
Page Editor
Through the file management system, you can launch the page editor and edit pages that are not yet linked on the website and have not yet been published.

You can also set up the corresponding email addresses for your own domains here. Depending on the web package, you can create multiple accounts and read and write them directly in the bluetronix webmailer. Alternatively, you can also set up the mailboxes in external programs like Outlook or on your smartphone. If your email servers are operated externally, you can also connect them with bluetronix and manage them centrally.
Email - Mailbox
In the webmailer, you can conveniently read and respond to your emails directly on a tablet and smartphone as well as on a PC or Mac—without any additional software.
Accounts
Depending on the web package, you can set up a different number of mail accounts and assign them to individual editors if needed. Forwarding and automatic out-of-office replies are also possible.
Outlook - Mobile

Server - External
External email servers can also be connected to the bluetronix system via SMTP. This enables you to reliably send system messages, such as registration confirmations or contact inquiries, through external mail servers.
Email - Layout
Predefined email layouts can be used for the webmailer. When creating a new message, a designed email footer is automatically inserted, for example, with your contact information or a customized layout.

Extensive features such as various item lists, detail pages with item images and descriptions, stock levels, item variations, as well as shopping cart and checkout. Additionally, you can integrate payment systems to fully represent the ordering process. The system is designed for very large assortments and is ideal for up to one million items.
News - Blog
Various list and detail views available, including author display. Posts can be sorted by categories and creation date, and an archive is also included. Additionally, you can prepare articles that are not yet publicly visible and have them automatically published at a time you specify.
Chat
Through the chat module, you can communicate directly with your website visitors. Visitors can message you live while you receive push notifications on your tablet and smartphone in the app version. Additionally, you can also actively message visitors or registered users and make contact deliberately.
Area - Internal

Calendar

The module includes a booking calendar, for example for apartments or other objects, allowing visitors to book available units for specific periods. It automatically considers when an object is already booked out, and all bookings are clearly marked in the calendar.

Visitors can leave ratings on your website, which you can display flexibly – as an overview page, as a section on a page, or through detail pages where all ratings are listed by date. As the administrator, you have full control and can verify ratings before publication. These ratings will be displayed as star ratings on Google.

Ads Accesses
A module is available for analyzing paid advertisements, allowing you to exclusively capture, evaluate, and specifically optimize ads accesses.
