Web User
Here you manage all registered customers of your website. You can specifically search for users, block user accounts, manually unlock new users, or resend access data if needed.
Dark Mode
Each user can individually decide whether they want to use the CMS in dark mode or light mode. This setting is saved per user and only affects their own view.
Language
Each editor can independently select their preferred language. The CMS will then be displayed entirely in the chosen language, allowing each user to work comfortably in their own language.

Upload Scaling

Design - Templates
Several free templates are available that can be completely customized. Additionally, you can choose from around 2,400 high-quality templates that can be integrated into your project as part of a professional website creation by bluetronix.
Color Set
You can precisely adjust the colors for many different design elements. To keep this quick and clear, comprehensive color sets are available that you can then specifically align with your own corporate colors.
Fonts
Fonts can be imported, and you can also choose from pre-made font sets to ensure a consistent and professional appearance.
Theme Images
For various industries, you can load suitable theme images here. For example, in the arts or auction industries, all images in the page templates are automatically replaced with the corresponding theme images.
Spacing
Adjusting spacing affects all design elements of the website globally, ensuring a consistent and harmonious layout.
Radii
Radiuses can be individually adjusted for various design elements. The selected instances have a global effect and can also be flexibly changed later.
Colors
Colors can be predefined, allowing editors to use only the specified colors for the website design while working in a team.

In agency mode, you can customize the basic page structure and create multiple different page templates to flexibly implement various layouts and page structures.

Email - Layout
Predefined email layouts can be used for the webmailer. When creating a new message, a designed email footer is automatically inserted, for example, with your contact information or a customized layout.
Modules
Shop System
Extensive features such as various item lists, detail pages with item images and descriptions, stock levels, item variations, as well as shopping cart and checkout. Additionally, you can integrate payment systems to fully represent the ordering process. The system is designed for very large assortments and is ideal for up to one million items.
News - Blog
Various list and detail views available, including author display. Posts can be sorted by categories and creation date, and an archive is also included. Additionally, you can prepare articles that are not yet publicly visible and have them automatically published at a time you specify.
Chat
Through the chat module, you can communicate directly with your website visitors. Visitors can message you live while you receive push notifications on your tablet and smartphone in the app version. Additionally, you can also actively message visitors or registered users and make contact deliberately.
Area - Internal
You can create protected areas, meaning website areas that are not publicly accessible. All pages, images, and documents within this folder are secured and can only be accessed by password or after registration.
Gallery
With the gallery module, you can automatically convert entire folders with many images into a gallery. Automatic functions are available that split the content across multiple pages, crop images, and generate a detailed view with zoom functionality for each image.
Community
In the community, you can build your own forum. Users can create their own topics and respond to other users' posts, while you as the administrator can moderate and edit all topics at any time.
Text - Search
The search automatically scans all created pages and also considers content from connected databases such as online shops, blogs, and other modules.
Newsletter
You can send newsletters directly to your customers and categorize them into different groups, for example, by online shop or blog. This way, you can specifically target your audience and keep your customers updated at all times.
Form
You can create different forms and use templates. Website visitors can fill out the forms while spam protection features like CAPTCHA reduce unwanted inquiries. Submitted forms are sent to you via email and can also be found in the form archive.
Calendar
The calendar module allows you to display event dates on your website. You can easily create events including descriptions and details, with automatic sorting by date. Expired events are automatically moved to the archive, and your visitors can conveniently see all events in a calendar.
VR - Tour
You can upload 360-degree images directly into bluetronix. A dedicated module is available that allows you to create interactive tours by linking individual images, for example, via buttons. You can link objects, such as items or additional content.
Booking
The module includes a booking calendar, for example for apartments or other objects, allowing visitors to book available units for specific periods. It automatically considers when an object is already booked out, and all bookings are clearly marked in the calendar.
Rating
Visitors can leave ratings on your website, which you can display flexibly – as an overview page, as a section on a page, or through detail pages where all ratings are listed by date. As the administrator, you have full control and can verify ratings before publication. These ratings will be displayed as star ratings on Google.
Sales Funnel
You can create so-called sales funnels, specially structured pages that prequalify visitors. This way, for example, you receive inquiries from already filtered customers who better match your offering.
Translation
A website can be automatically translated into up to 24 different languages using AI. You can exclude individual text blocks from the translation and adjust content later in any language. The language versions can be assigned to your own domains if desired, are fully SEO-friendly, and are managed as separate, standalone websites.
Back Office
The back office module is available for enterprise customers with powerful features. This allows you to automate your entire business process from goods receipt to delivery – including quotation creation, invoicing, cancellations, returns, shipping label generation, reminders, bank imports, and comprehensive customer management.

Import
Database contents can be imported via CSV and TXT files. This allows you to quickly and easily import complete product lists for the online shop or existing newsletter distributions.
Export
You can also export your database tables, for example, for further processing in external systems like accounting or inventory management software.

Accesses
Here you can analyze visitor accesses in detail, for example by date, country, frequently visited pages, visitors per day, chat visitors, domains, languages, marketing sources, marketing campaigns, as well as your editors' accesses.
Ads Accesses
A module is available for analyzing paid advertisements, allowing you to exclusively capture, evaluate, and specifically optimize ads accesses.
Individual Accesses
Through the analysis of individual accesses, you can also specifically optimize advertisements. You can see whether a visitor only accessed the linked page or whether a longer visit occurred with multiple page views afterwards.
Visitors Online
You can see your currently active visitors online in real-time and chat with them directly if needed. This gives you the opportunity to ask visitors from paid ads what they were searching for and whether they found what they were looking for on your website.
Live Check
The live check is only included in the Server and Enterprise packages and gives you full control over all accesses. Even with heavily trafficked web portals, you can keep an overview and specifically block annoying spam users or artificial traffic generators.
Newsletter
Newsletter
You can create multiple newsletters simultaneously and choose from different newsletter layouts. These layouts can be individually pre-made for you as part of a website creation project or an enterprise project.
Subscribers
You can collect newsletter subscribers directly through newsletter banners on your website. Additionally, you can easily import existing newsletter address lists from other systems into the bluetronix system.
Statistics
There is a dedicated statistic available for newsletters that allows you to evaluate open rates and click rates. This way, you can see exactly which content, pages, or links within the newsletter were clicked by your recipients.
Push Notification
Enterprise customers have the option to send push notifications directly from the system to end devices via their own company app. Similar to newsletters, all customers who have installed the app receive a push notification on their tablet and smartphone.
SMS Notification
As an Enterprise customer, you additionally have the option to inform your customers via SMS directly on their smartphones about news or important system events.

Form Archive
The form archive not only stores form inquiries but also shop orders and various system events. This way, you can view all archived entries at any time, for example, if a notification via email was accidentally deleted.
Google Ads
You can place Google Ads directly in the system. Here, you can set the budget, advertisement texts, keywords, target groups, and the desired duration.
Facebook Ads
You can also order Facebook Ads directly in the CMS. Ads will be displayed on Facebook and Instagram on your behalf. You can set different advertisement texts, target groups, and budgets. You can find the evaluation of the accesses in the statistics section.
SEO
With the SEO functions, you optimize your website for search engines. Titles, keywords, and descriptions can be conveniently adjusted for all pages collectively in one step.
Google Analytics
For further external evaluation, you can additionally integrate Google Analytics into the system.
Google Console
Here you can connect the Google Search Console to your website via authentication, allowing you to optimize your entries directly through the Google Console.
Bing Webmaster
You can also set up automatic verification for the Bing Webmaster Tools here.
Alexa Webmaster
You can also easily set up the connection to Alexa Webmaster, including remote verification.
Contract
Subscription - Packages
You can upgrade your subscription package to a higher package at any time, and if needed, expand it for server or cluster server performance, suitable for the required performance.
Credits
Additional services such as more domains or AI credits can be conveniently paid for with credits. Credits can be easily topped up via in-app purchase or credit card.

Owner - Data
Ownership data is managed separately in the CMS: domain owner, billing owner, and website owner. The website owner is the person or company that is listed in the imprint. Additionally, agencies can have their own agency entry.

Project
Access Data
With the access data, you can log in on your PC or Mac via the browser, or use the app on your smartphone and tablet. It doesn't matter where you purchased the package – whether in the App Store or directly through the website.
Settings
For each project, you can set preferences like language and dark or light mode. Agencies also have the option to customize the CMS name, logo, and color scheme.
