How do I get the software, do I need to install it?
You will receive the access data and the user manual displayed in the browser after ordering. An email address is not required for ordering. The software is pre-installed and ready for use immediately.
Can I buy the software without a web package?
No, the software requires a specially configured server and cannot be executed on standard web space.
Can I use the bluetronix web software if I purchased the package in the app through the app store?
Yes. It doesn't matter whether you purchased through the app store or our website. You can use bluetronix on all devices at any time – simply log in with your bluetronix account.
